Rooms spacious, comfortable. Cultural decorations add unique flair.
Worn bath towels and a window malfunction during check-in added to the inconvenience.

normal hotel that matches three stars. common areas are beautifully decorated. rooms have almost everything you need (lacking a kettle and cups), spacious. It's convenient to have a table. It's convenient, added soap and shampoo even if you have not spent the previous. beds are comfortable (the pillows are hard and large to my taste, although there were 4, different thicknesses, choice is:). Good location of the hotel, although not in the center. Breakfasts were not taken, business center was not used, I can not say anything about them :). staff is friendly, happy to come to the aid (for example, to draw on a map of where to go, print a schedule of transport, even a map of Porto gave:.
Wi-Fi wasn't working very well. phone was still up and down, netbook wasn't pulling. It was possible to look something on the Internet only in the deep night, in the afternoon (when hotel guests were separated from it). It was almost impossible to download anything larger than a photo. There was a lack of a kettle and cups. There were only a couple of flutes and plastic cups in the bathroom. That is, even if there was a boiling pot, it would not be possible to brew tea. It is possible to ask for boiled water (free of charge) at reception, it is necessary to ask and we were not warmed up and gave it in cups which then had to be returned. To order tea for money is probably not a problem, we did not order it.

Convient for town centre with private parking, very important as I liked other hotels on your site without parking and when we were there discovered how necessary it was.We actually asked to stay another night and they gave me the same rate, excellent.
Breakfast only basic cheaper hotel chains have more variety.Restaurant next door is also only OK.

We had a lovely stay while exploring the local attractions. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options to keep everyone happy, including our kids. The stay felt good value for money, and the nice, clean rooms added to our overall comfort. Plus, being just a short stroll from places like the Cathedral of Aveiro and the Forum made it convenient for our adventures in the area.

Near the center of aveiro city.
Bit old fashion. Time for a fresh wind. Good to stay for city-visit.

Location, suite rooms and facilities I upgraded the standart twin romm for a suite.
Personnel of reception not professional nor welcoming. Breakfast service too noisy and not attending to customers.

Noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive!!! Lack of coffee/tea facilities is quite irritating!!! Strict check-in time feels unnecessary!!! Outdated bathroom extractor fan caused condensation issues!!!

Very clean room, nice staff. The building is not very beautiful on the outside, but on the inside it is comfortable and very clean.
A bit far from the centre of the city. Walking distance during daytime, but at night I preferred taking a taxi. The wifi Internet could be for free, as in many other hotels.

Had real good stay during a business trip, the staff were easy going, location was excellent close to main attractions. Location: the hotel was just off the canal, the historical downtown, the train station, the university, and restaurants, toirist attractions, and supermarkets.

modern, modern, modern
I stayed for 2 nights in an Executive Double room and loved the modern and spacious feel of the room. The breakfast spread was excellent, with traditional Portuguese breads and very nice pastries that fueled my mornings perfectly. The spa facilities, especially the large jacuzzi, were a fantastic way to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions.
strongly recommend 😊❤️
